    This is a WordPress 4.0 translated into French (I blocked the automatic update) without plug-in. I reinstalled everything to be sure it’s not a compatibility issue.

    No, I have two wordpress websites on the same host, but it’s 2 wordpress in different folders.

    Hi,

    I upgraded my hosting to a more powerful but it has not solved the problem.

    I reduced the weight of pictures with VSO Image Resizer to have a size of less than 2M but I continued to fall on the blank page with the path for wordpress options in the address bar.

    But when I reduce the image size (1600×1200 pixels), it works. I’ll do some tests to see if I can reduce less.

    My hosting company is 1and1, normally php.ini files are supported, I’m going to find out if they have a solution for me, I will hold you informed.

    Php.ini is set like this:

    register_globals = Off
    post_max_size = 32M
    upload_max_filesize = 32M
    max_execution_time = 30
    max_input_time = 60
    memory_limit = 40M

    I tested with the following values:

    max_execution_time = 500
    max_input_time = 500

    These are the pictures of my marriage and my wife wants to choose herself, she wants to keep the quality for the family to download them.

    I’ll cut and put the originals on a cloud and put the download link.

    Max size: 32M

    Photos are between 4M and 6M

    If the problem comes from the parameter of my hosting provider, how did I do to upload the theme for wordpress while it is much bigger than a photo?

    These photos correctly even upload via the media menu wordpress.

    As I said, I already parametered max upload size with pnp.ini. Do you have another track?
    I thought about max_input_time but I already tried that.
