No. The gallery was designed to be a special page with multiple albums.
The update was already approved a minute ago at ThemeForest. You can download the latest version.
Prego (hope it’s rightly said).
The gallery here http://www.scuolamaternasolletico.com/?page_id=18 is created with our plugin. We created our CP-ImageGallery plugin for building a special gallery page with filtered albums masonry. What you have on other pages is WordPress’ native gallery function and that gallery cannot be modified. They are two separate things.

You’re welcome.
We will release a theme update in the next 6 hours. Updates are typically approved at ThemeForest within 24 hours, but it depends on how busy the reviewer are, it could take longer. You should receive a notification by email when it’s approved.

The problem was that you didn’t add the shortcode
[cp-image-gallery]
We added it in the page and now the gallery shows. Also we recommend that you update WordPress. You should not have problems using Kindergarten with your version of WordPress (3.6.1), but we developed our theme on WordPress 3.7 and we tested on every version after that, so we can guarantee 100% compatibility only with versions from 3.7 to 4.0.1.
We don’t know yet why this plugins has this behaviour on your website/server and not ours too (we have the same version on our demo and our local servers), but until an answer will be found, the plugin will be removed from the theme.

The cause of the issue is Bootstrap Shortcodes plugin. Please deactivate it, and the menu will behave normally. Bootstrap Shortcodes is a third-party plugin and it seems that its latest version generates this buggy behaviour. We will release a theme update without this plugin. We are sorry for any inconveniences.
Please disregard the FTP access request.

Did you follow the documentation instructions and created the gallery page?
Instructions are here: http://craftedpixels.net/documentation/kindergarten-theme/#imagegallery
Kindergarten has a custom gallery page with filterable photo albums. To use it, create a new page called Gallery (or any other name of your choice) and use the shortcode
[cp-image-gallery]
