We submitted a theme update at ThemeForest a few minutes ago. It includes the fix that the developer applied to your website earlier and also this:
Added Hour option for the Countdown. Added option for logo/ single header image upload instead of Bride & Groom photos. Made translatable: Weeks, Days, Hours, Seconds (from Countdown). Updated the translation .po and .mo files. Updated the .xml dummy data file. Updated the Documentation.
Updates are typically approved within a few hours, but it depends on how busy the ThemeForest reviewers are. You should receive an email notification.
My colleague developer checked the issue, and this is his answer:
First checked: Theme Options, plugins.
Client or Third-party mods: Translations.Issue cause: The problem was caused on our part by an a deleted line of code in the last theme update.
Solution/Further proceedings: I modified client’s header.php file (added the missing deleted line) and filed the fix for priority 1 update submit at ThemeForest.For posting sensitive data such as website or access credentials, you have the option “Set as private reply” when you post here. Private replies can only be seen by the original poster (in this case you) and the forum admin, no other forum member. Also, the forum is visible for customers only, and each customer can see only the forum of their purchased product, so privacy is very well protected.
noreply@craftedpixels.net is not a valid email, it’s just a “no reply” and I do not know where you got it. Our email address is in the Documentation provided with the theme (craftedpixels.net@gmail.com).

I’m sorry, but your reply came after 20:30. So without your prior confirmation, the appointment was not made. Also, we haven’t received any ftp credentials from you, neither here nor by email.
Sorry for the delay, but support hours are just Monday – Friday, usually within business hours (CET).
For this it will not be necessary to login to your website. Rest assured there is not a problem, the “Failed to import” errors appear for the 3 images used in the demo. They couldn’t be imported because Thursday we moved our theme demos to another domain (from ithemewordpress.com to craftedpixels.net) and so the images are no longer available on the old location that appears in the .xml file. We will generate a new .xml file and include it in the next theme update, so that the images can be imported.
Within 48 hours we will submit a theme update for approval at ThemeForest, and we will include de possibility to add a single image/logo instead of bride & groom images, so that you will not have to make any CSS modifications.
Updates are typically approved within 6 hours after submit, but it depends on how busy the ThemeForest reviewers are.
You will be notified by email when the update gets approved.
For this issue an appointment will be scheduled with the Developer. He will need access credentials to the dashboard and also ftp login credentials to check the error logs on your server / issue cause.
If agreed, the appointment will be scheduled for today 20:30 CET, and I will let you know the exact time 5 minutes before login.
I see that some modifications were made since my last screenshot. But the cause is still misconfigured redirects / server settings. I attached an updated screenshot with a 500 (URL Rewrite Module Error.) on the FontAwesome css file.

You must be logged in to view attached files.It’s not a connection problem, it’s a problem with your server configuration (see attached screenshot). The social icons are an icon font (FontAwesome). The font is loading from the domain without www (http://gulden.org), but is being displayed on the domain with www (http://www.gulden.org/bryllup/). You will have to check the server misconfigurations (make redirects consistent if present) and load the resources from domain with www or enable cross-origin resource sharing.

You must be logged in to view attached files.The pictures you upload for bride and groom are stored in the database, they are not affected by theme update. So the update cannot cause this.
Also, I looked on your website but your uploaded images appear, not the default ones (see attached screenshot).
If you see the default images instead of your images, try emptying browser cache or clear cache + refresh by pressing these keys:

To display the page you can either import the xml dummy data file (you will have all the pages and posts from the theme demo) or follow the three steps depicted in the Documentation provided with the theme (“Setting up Kindergarten Theme” chapter). The plugins are developed by us, so they are certainly not discontinued. Have you installed the plugins? Details about installation and setup are in the Documentation provided with the theme.
