Hi,
The plugin that you have installed is not our plugin. As it can be seen on your screenshots, the author for the CP ImageGallery plugin that you have installed is not us (CraftedPixels Team). The problem is recently somebody else created a plugin with the same as our plugin and published it on the WordPress.org repo, which created conflict. See details in the comment here https://themeforest.net/item/kindergarten-wordpress-theme/6174058/comments?page=4&filter=all#comment_13750158
Delete the current plugin and make sure you have installed the latest Kindergarten theme version (version 22.0 released on 20.10.2016), in which the CP ImageGallery plugin should have as author “CraftedPixels Team” and as version 99. I have attached a screenshot of how the plugins should appear. Please note that our gallery plugin creates the menu item “CP-ImageGallery” located in Plugins.
The images that you previously uploaded will not be lost. Just reinstall our plugin and the gallery will be displayed ok.

You must be logged in to view attached files. If you want to change the image you can upload your image in Customizer (Appearance > Customize > Background Image), there is no size restriction, your image is not required to have the same size as the current image.
The original is in the theme’s “images” folder (linedpaper.png for normal displays and linedpaper2x.png for Retina/HiDPI screens). If you want to modify these originals, use the .psd source files included. You can find the psd files in the PSD-files > bg-texture folder.
Hi!
As WordPress shouldn’t accept the whole package, you should be able to just re-upload the correct package without it affecting the install.
Please let me know if you have any other issues with the theme.
Please make sure you are not trying to install the whole downloaded package, just the theme. What I said about downloading the whole package was because the package contains a theme documentation and other assets. Do NOT try to install it. Unzip the package you downloaded (preschool-theme-package.zip) and read the documentation file found in the “documentation” folder. The installable theme is preschool.zip, install it from your WordPress dashboard following the instructions in the documentation. You don’t need cPanel.
The background is currently set to an image, not a color. If you want to change the image, go to Appearance > Customizer > Background image and upload your own image. The background color appears “under” the image, as fallback if there is no image, so changing the color would not help.
The menu issue was fixed in the latest theme version. Please make sure you have version 22.0 installed.
Hello.
I submitted a theme update, it should be approved shortly.
The update contains the latest version of FontAwesome + button styles for the shop, to match the buttons of the theme. The small product image is the default size of WooCommerce, not a bug. It’s this small because usually products have only the title (see screenshot attached). I increased the size and included the new theme update.

Please provide link and access credentials to your website so I can test.
For instructions about installing the theme please read the documentation included with the theme. Make sure you downloaded the whole package (“All files & documentation”), not just the installable theme (“Installable WordPress file only”) from your ThemeForest account.
Yes, I reverted Bootstrap to 3.0.2 because the new version was causing the problem.
Submitted v22.You’re welcome. Let me know how things are with v21. I sent it so it should be approved shortly.
I’m glad is ok now, this with switching themes solving the problem doesn’t seem logical, but WordPress is sometimes quirky so I think might be one of those times. Sorry for the inconveniences and thanks for the bug report, as usual :)
Yes, like I said I fixed the issue with 404 on FontAwesome css and I’m uploading now v21 to ThemeForest.
Sorry for the 404, I fixed it and I’m submitting update v21.
I sent the update at TF, it should be approved shortly. Test with those and let me know.
On the theme demo it was updated from 18.0. V19.0 and up were all released in the last 8-9 hours. All works ok on both demo and our local server. But all updates and installs are made via FTP.
Do you update via FTP or upload through dashboard?
