Hey Silenx!
You’re absolutely correct, this was the correct line to put the key into.
We’re currently working on updating the themes to allow the users to input their key into the settings.
We hadn’t done that yet because it wasn’t necessary up until a month ago when google changed their terms.Did you fill out your address in the settings?
Please post your url so that we can have a look.
Best Regards
Hi Maria,
Were you able to resolve this issue? If not we’ll take a look while installing the maps key.
Best Regards
14 January 2017 at 10:10 in reply to: Contact Us – Google Map does not show and where to edit various text fields #2385Hi Maria,
We’re terribly sorry for the late reply, this isn’t how we usually do business.
The error for the maps page is due to google changing their terms for the use of maps (Which isn’t completely free anymore), but we’re going to use our business key to give you authorization to use it.
Please send your wordpress credentials to contact@craftedpixels.net so that we can install the key to make google maps function.
Please DO NOT post your credentials in the forum.
Best Regards
Hi!
We’re very sorry for the late reply and have answered the question in the other post.

Hi,
I’m very sorry for the late reply!
At the moment there’s no way to change that in the settings, but if you’d like, we could login to your installation and make the necessary changes.
If you’d like that, please send us your credentials and site url to contact@craftedpixels.net
Please DO NOT post your credentials here in the forum.
Best Regards
Hi!
I’m terribly sorry for the late reply.
The settings you described can be changed in the theme customization page.
When you’re logged in as admin and you’re on your front page, you can click on “Customize” in the top left corner of your website and then you can select “Theme Settings” and then “Contact Page” and you’ll be able to change the contact page settings. The emails that are submitted through the form are being sent to the main admin email of the website. You can change that in the general settings of your wordpress installation (Admin -> Settings -> General if I remember correctly)
Hi!
You can input all the info in the theme settings, this will automatically populate the good looking form on the contact page.
Please let me know if you need further help!
Hi!
You can do this by using the [col] tags as explained in the theme documentation.
Please let me know if you need further help
Hi!
I took a look and it appeared that one of the files was missing.
I deleted and reinstalled the plugin and it should be working now!
Please take a look and tell me if everything is working for you.
Thanks for buying the plugin!
Hi!
Yes, we will be taking a look shortly!
Hi!
First, sorry for the late reply!
Could you please send me login details at contact@craftedpixels.net so that I can take a more exact look at the problem?
Hi!
The problem about the [COL] Tags, is that it comes from a plugin, and the CP Gallery tag comes from another plugin, and to attach both of them, you’d have to integrate what is inside the [COL], to the source code of the Gallery plugin, which is not an easy task. This requires advanced PHP knowledge, and I wouldn’t advise on doing this if you’re not a developer.
If you’re going to try it anyway, please make a backup of your files AND database before attempting it.
Which text are you talking about exactly, can you send a screenshot please?
Hi!
Sorry for the late reply.
The problem with the albums is that you used this character in the name : ‘
I tried to edit the file in the plugin editor on your wordpress but the server is blocking me from modifying it, see attached picture.
For the album upload, the error might be that your server is not allowing so many simultaneous files, you might want to contact your hosting provider to change the limit.
It’s the max_file_uploads = 20 setting in the php.ini file of your server.
