No need to reinstall or reupload the theme. Just go to Appearance > Widgets and place the widget in the sidebar again.
Just copy the current theme files via FTP to your computer, or talk to your hosting provider company in the case that you have automatic backup set up.
No, updating will not erase content or content images, because those are stored in the database. However, if you have done modifications (design or code) to the theme directly, without using the child theme provided, those will be deleted. You can make a backup just in case, before updating.
Hi. Sorry but the images are too small and the title is not readable.
Please make sure you have the latest theme version (v 13.0 released 16.06.2015). We actually fixed a title bug in version 12.0 (released 28.05.2015), where wp_title() was showing twice in functions.php and was generating title with doubled texts.

Please make all such modifications through a child theme, so that when the theme is updated your customizations are not lost. We included a child theme in the theme package, you can use it.
I used the credentials and logged in to your website. It seems that the countdown hour is working ok, I set 19:22 as hour and the countdown changed accordingly.
I still don’t know why your calendar looks different than it should (you said you didn’t modify the styling), so please do test like I previously mentioned: temporarily disable all the plugins, and then go to the countdown in Theme Options to see how it looks. It should look like the screenshot I send in this previous post. Or you can leave it like this, it does work properly, so it shouldn’t be a problem.
We are not able to reproduce this problem on our mobile devices.
Please check our theme demo ( https://craftedpixels.net/demo-wp/vintage-wedding-theme/ ) on your phone to see if the problem is on your website only or with the theme demo too.
Also, make sure you have the latest theme version installed (Version: 2.3).
The images can be opened in a lightbox overlay (see attached screenshot on an iPhone 4 – landscape mode), like any other image in a post or page. But pinch zoom is not possible.
However, I’m sure that nobody would use the phone to buy something that requires careful attention to details.

Unfortunately there is no way to reorder images, they will be displayed in the order that they were uploaded in.
Hi,
The “lined paper” background of the theme is uploadable from the dashboard as background, however, the illustration that you wish to modify was not meant to be changeable, because that is the theme main design. So it will be necessary to modify the .psd files and export it.
To make the modification process much easier and convenient, I prepared separate .psd files with just the illustration, properly sized for 1x (normal displays) and 2x (Retina/HiDPI displays). The files are much too big so I cannot attach them here on the forum (forum has a 512 kB limitation and the archived files have 11.2 MB), but I put them on the list to be included in the next theme update that will be released within the next 36 hours. If you need the files more urgent than that, please provide an email address where I can send them to you.
For the contact page there is no need for additional plugin. The form sends the email to the address that you inputted in Theme Options. If you didn’t put a valid email address there, it won’t work. Please also see the Documentation provided with the theme, there is a section about the Contact page there.
Hi,
The theme is responsive, so shop products page design adapts to mobile devices. For example, on a phone it looks like the attached screenshot. The product images show on 100% screen width, so there is no need to zoom.

We fixed this issue and we will release the fix in the next theme update in the next 48 hours.
I tried to connect to the dashboard to check the calendar, but the login credentials you provided are no longer valid.
I recommend that you temporarily disable third-party plugins that were not included with the theme. If you didn’t modify the calendar, the problem may come from one of the plugins.
Your calendar should look like the attached screenshot. I see that you have modified the calendar, the styling looks different, maybe modifications caused this?
