    But please note that the slider links overlap the menu, so in the right part of the images links will not work.

    I tried a test connection to your ftp and it remains stuck at Retrieving directory listing... and then times out and gives the error

    Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

    Either the ftp credentials connect to an empty folder, or the username does not have sufficient permissions to access the files on the server.

    The developer will not be able to perform the scheduled investigation. Please provide valid credentials.

    Ok. I used the form to send you a test message and no error appears in the browser error console, so the issue must be further investigated. I will schedule an appointment with our developer to check what is the problem with the form. Please provide us ftp access credentials so that he can check server error logs and form functionality. Please use the forum “Set as private reply” option, or alternatively you can send us the credentials by email at support@craftedpixels.net

    The success message can be changed in the custom.js file (line 87), located in the js folder:

    result = '<div class="note-success">Your message has been sent. Thank you!</div>';

    Regarding the form not functioning: if your email address was correctly inserted, than it should have worked. If it does not work, than it’s most probably because of server settings. Please check that your server has mail() function active.

    Hello,

    Sorry, I don’t understand exactly what you mean, do you want the emails to appear to the recipients as being send from another email address instead of the email address used by your WordPress website?

    The RSVP plugin automatically uses the email address that you have in WordPress settings. So you change the email address in Settings > General.

    I have installed the theme and it displays ok now, also all the theme options appear as they should. I believe I know what the problem might be: I see that the latest version of TextEdit app on Mac OS improperly displays the theme code in the ezra.txt file, so if you use Mac OS El Capitan you will have the same problem when copy-pasting the code. I opened in another app (SublimeText – the text editor we use for coding) and I copy-pasted the code from there.

    If you use OS X than in future open the file with ScriptEditor. We will test further and modify our theme documentation for the OS X users.

    If you provide access credentials to your website I can install the theme for you. Please use the “Set as private reply” option when you post here your credentials or other sensitive data, so only the forum admin and you will be able to see your post.     You can modify/customize the theme as much as needed, but I cannot advise about it.

    Hello.

    For every illustration that was included in the template we have purchased a Developer license, so you can freely use them online in your project. We credit our sources in the template documentation and on our website, so no crediting is necessary on your part/in your project.

    But please note that the illustrations are licensed together with the template (as part of it), so you may use them solely in the project that you purchased Baker & Coffee Template for.

    Hello.

    A fix will be added in the next theme update. The fix will display the page’s title instead of “Blog”. So if you have named your page “Testimonials”, than this will be displayed. The update will be submitted for approval at ThemeForest within the next 24 hours and it typically takes a few hours to be approved (depends on how busy the reviewers are, it could take longer).

    You will be notified by email from Envato when the update is approved, please re-download and install the latest theme version. Please note that if you have made modifications (design or code) to the theme directly, without using the child theme provided, those will be lost when updating. Let me know if you made modifications so that I can help updating without losing them.

    1. That policy is Envato policy (written by Envato), and it’s valid for all ThemeForest and Envato marketplaces items. They added it precisely to avoid misunderstandings between authors and clients.
    2. It’s definitely not a 2 minute problem. Another font must be found (search takes time), then loaded in functions.php and then added to styles in style.css.
    3. Support does not cover customizations, regardless of how long it takes to do them.

    I don’t know what you mean. Everything was clearly explained, there are links to Envato etc. Plus I offered to put on the list for the developers. Support is for fixing bugs/issues, but this is not a theme bug, is a customization and I explained why. Also, we answer pre-sale questions through the ThemeForest comment section, and you could just have asked about font language support before buying.

    Please do not try to threaten with an unjustified 1 star rating as blackmail, we respected the policy of support. If unsatisfied, just ask for a refund from Envato.
